Well maybe not those weird/smelly/foreign ones.
I guess I love plain cheeses like mozzerella, provolone and velveeta (What? It's a cheese product).

you left out American cheese. That is definately a cheese product.
Try Harvarti the next time you want cheese and crackers. Very nice creamy and mild cheese. Yum.
